Installation Notes

C-type clip is suitable for steel core aluminum stranded wire, overhead insulated wire, aluminum stranded wire, aluminum clad steel wire, copper wire connection and jumper. It is a non-load-bearing connection metal. Installation does not require aluminum packaging, and the production is simple and convenient.

1. Determine the model of the wire clip according to the type of wire and the size of the main wire and the branch wire. Please carefully check whether the type and size of the wire are consistent with the marking on the wire clip. For example: the main wire is ACSR LGJ-240, and the branch wire is For overhead insulated wire JKLYJ-185, the selection of wire clip should be KEYI-JCI3. It is the same as one of the wires marked on the wire clip: LGJ240 to JKLY185.

2. Put the wire into the groove of the wire clamp, adjust the position of the main wire and the branch wire, the female wedge corresponds to the large (main) wire, the inner wedge corresponds to the small (branch) wire, insert the bolt from the back of the wire clip, and adjust It is in the middle of the wedge. Use a wrench to twist the nut in and flatten the hinge block. (Note: After completing the installation, be sure to check whether the wedges are flattened and the wires are compressed.)

3. Uninstallation Loosen the nut. The wedge can be arched upwards.
